Electrical Control System | Centered around a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), combined with a touch screen (HMI), inverters, sensors, etc., to achieve automated control, parameter setting, status monitoring, and fault alarm functions of the equipment. |
Working Process
1. Ultra-Thin Veneer Infeeding: Ultra-thin veneers (0.2-1.5mm) are conveyed from upstream peeling machines or dryers into the stacker infeed. Anti-curling press rollers ensure flat entry.
2. Micro-Pressure Suction: The variable frequency fan starts, automatically adjusting to micro-pressure mode (-8mbar to -12mbar) based on veneer thickness. High-density suction cups evenly grip the veneer, preventing local stress breakage.
3. Smooth Transport: The veneer is transported smoothly on the flexible suction belt at speeds up to 120 m/min. The lightweight design minimizes start-stop impact.
4. Intelligent Positioning: Photoelectric sensors detect the veneer position in real-time. The control system calculates the optimal release timing based on preset parameters. For thin veneers, the system automatically corrects the release zone according to thickness and speed .
5. Gentle Release: The servo-driven kicker arm releases the veneer with a gentle action. Placement error is within ±1mm, and the veneer lands smoothly onto the lifting stacking platform.
6. Precise Stacking: The stacking platform automatically descends by one veneer thickness (0.1mm precision), maintaining a constant stack top height and preventing thin veneers from drifting and misaligning.
7. Full Stack Output: Upon reaching the preset stack height, the platform delivers the full stack of ultra-thin veneers for removal by forklift or transfer via conveyor.
