A 4-Day Sprint to Ship a Complete Plywood Plant to Qingdao Port

In the height of summer, when temperatures soared well above seasonal averages, our production and logistics teams undertook an extraordinary mission—and delivered against all odds.

We are pleased to announce that a full plywood manufacturing line, comprising a hot press, glue spreader, mixer, air compressor, and an automatic sanding line, has been successfully dispatched from our factory and has now arrived at Qingdao Port, awaiting consolidation and vessel loading for overseas shipment.

What made this delivery remarkable was not just the scale of the equipment, but the timeline. With the vessel sailing date approaching fast, we had just four calendar days to complete a comprehensive sequence of tasks: final system commissioning, performance fine-tuning, disassembly, component segregation, custom crating, and heavy-load transport coordination.

Four days. High temperatures. Non-stop operations.

Our technical engineers worked side by side with the packaging and logistics crews around the clock. Every piece of equipment underwent rigorous final inspections—electrical systems, hydraulic pressure, platen temperature uniformity, glue application accuracy, and sanding precision were all re-verified to ensure that what leaves our factory is not just "functional," but fully production-ready upon arrival at our customer’s facility.

Despite the sweltering heat, not a single deadline was missed. Meals were taken at workstations; rest was brief; focus never wavered. On the evening of the fourth day, the last truck bearing the final batch of equipment rolled out of our factory gate, heading directly to Qingdao Port—right on schedule.

Today, all machinery has been received at the port terminal and is now in the consolidation yard, ready for the next leg of its journey.
