This machine is mainly used for peeling small-diameter logs (such as poplar, eucalyptus, pine, etc.) into continuous veneers, widely applied in plywood, laminated veneer lumber (LVL), packaging board, and related industries.

High Precision Peeling: Servo motor drives tool feed, thickness tolerance within ±0.05mm, producing smooth and uniform veneer surfaces.
4-Foot Processing Width: Maximum peeling length of 1250mm, meeting standard plywood size requirements.

06 Working Process
1. Loading & Positioning
The operator places small-diameter logs onto the feeding rack. The machine automatically detects the log position and conveys it to the rotating clamping mechanism.
2. Automatic Centering & Clamping
The spindleless mechanism clamps the log evenly from all sides using multiple rolling wheels, eliminating the need for a traditional chuck. The system automatically adjusts the center to align the log's rotation axis with the blade cutting line.
3. Start Peeling
The main motor drives the log to rotate at high speed, while the servo motor controls the tool holder to feed automatically according to the set thickness. The blade continuously cuts the log surface, producing a continuous veneer ribbon.
4. Veneer Output & Guiding
The peeled veneer passes through guide rollers and pressure rollers for smooth output, preventing curling or tearing. An optional conveyor belt can transport the veneer to a stacker or stacking area.
5. Core Ejection
When the log diameter becomes less than 50mm, the machine automatically stops feeding, the clamping mechanism releases, and the remaining wood core falls out through the core discharge port or is pushed out by a push rod.
6. Cycle Repetition
After core ejection, the machine automatically resets and prepares for the next log, enabling continuous automated production.
