L - sawing length, rectangular plywood is the average length and width (m)

In the formula: ∑n——the total number of plywood sheets to be trimmed in a shift

Three-layer board: Q1=450*0.8*22.6*8/(2*1.89) =17219.05 sheets/class

∑n1 =1088 sheets/class

N1=∑n1/ Q1=0.06

Five-layer board: Q2=450*0.8*22.6*5/(2*1.89) =10762 sheets/class

∑n2= =280 sheets/class

N2=∑n2/ Q2=0.026

Three-layer board: Q3=450*0.8*22.6*8/(2*1.43) = 22758 sheets/class

∑n3=809 sheets/class

N3=∑n1/ Q1=0.036

Five-layer board: Q2=450*0.8*22.6*5/(2*1.43) =14224 sheets/class

∑n4= =208 sheets/class

N4=∑n1/ Q1=0.015

N total = N1+ N2+ N3+ N4=0.137, to sum up, take 1 unit.
