How To Produce Film Faced Plywood ?

For making film faced plywood, except the production step same as produce raw plywood, like the veneer making machine, veneer drying step, lay up step, glue coating step, cold press step, hot press step, plywood cutting step, and sanding step, it need one more step -Film laminating hot press machine.

For the laminating hot press, actually it is the hot press machine which add stainless steel plate and crash pad, then it can works for film plywood. Each hot plates with two pieces stainless steel plate and crash pad, and laminating hot press usually equipped with semi auto infeeder, for convey film plywood into hot press machine automatically, also help you laminating film on both plywood sides at the same time.

Consider the features of film plywood, the film hot press with its semi auto infeeder, at most is 10 layers, also you can choose 8 layers, 6 layers, 5 layers

The pressing time not fixed, because different client may use different film, usually 5-8 mins per time.
