Automatic bucking line for producing wood veneer through processing raw materials wood. The automatic bucking line includes Debarking machine, Peeling machine, Log conveyor, and Papel stacking machine. With these complete peeling line, you can produce veneer sheets in different veneer size and thickness through set data from screen, so it is convenient.  Debarking machine for shredding wood bark, Peeling machine for rotary peeling wood and produce layers of wood, log conveyor for automatic convey wood into machine, Papel stacking machine for automatic sorting veneers after peeled wood through peeling machine.

This product introduced to you is 4feet bucking line, which can peel max wood diameter 1400mm, max wood diameter 500mm, thickness range 0.5-4.0mm.

For our automatic bucking line, each machine will through strictly monitor and test during production, from the beginning, our purchase manager will directly choose good materials and spare parts, Then our experienced workers will start production step by step, and each step will be monitored for make sure its quality are good. 

For the automatic buking peeling line, before loading from factory, first we will set up and test, and check the full line working conditions is good, and check peeled veneer condtions, after we confirmed clearly that the full line working good, so we will disassembly the peeling line and packing it, and ready loading into container.
